It was exactly what I needed after making it through the twenties! I got to choose from a wide variety of weapons, and then while listening to an epic playlist I got to smash a box of bottles, plates, bowls, videos, a printer, etc. My friends surprised me for my thirtieth birthday by taking me to The Rage Room. I come out feeling a thousand times better and sleep like a baby.Īll the personal safety gear is available and required. The walls are re-inforced so no holds barred.
